NOTICE REGARDING ROOM RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
POST CARDS:
All room assignments have been made and the Room Reservation
Post Cards
were mailed out on Wednesday, 19 September
2007.
Once you receive your confirmation cards, please check that
your arrival and departure dates are accurate.
If they are, you do not need to do anything further. If your
dates are not correct, please follow the directions
on the post card and provide your feedback NO
LATER THAN October 10, 2007.
If you do not receive your Room Reservation Post Card by
Friday, September 28th,
please email me, Rita Suddarth,

and I will check the status of your reservation and a response will be provided immediately.
