There is a 2 dog limit per room that will be strictly enforced. All dogs must be crated while in the room. No exercise pens will be allowed in the rooms. Exercise pens may be set up outside first floor rooms only. Dogs must not be left unattended. Exhibitors must provide their own clean-up equipment. No dogs will be allowed in the lobby or pool area. Any complaints from hotel management, about room conditions, will be acted upon by the Show Committee! Inspection of rooms will be required prior to check-out! A room deposit of $100.00 is required when making reservations. |

| The Texas Department of Health has declared the State of Texas under rabies quarantine. The State of Texas requires a yearly vaccination. All dogs, 3 months of age and older, must have a current vaccination. Tags do not constitute proof. A dog without a current rabies vaccination certificate is subject to 30 days quarantine. |
